J. Scott Rupp

J. Scott Rupp is a longtime hunter, competitive shooter, and magazine editor. A native Pennsylvanian, he was a member of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit’s International Rifle team. He is currently editor in chief for RifleShooter and Handguns magazines, as well as producer/co-host for Sportsman Channel’s “Ruger Inside & Out.”
