About The Author

Creativity comes in many forms and for Erin Isaac, it touches on her greatest passion, that of cooking. As a recipe developer, food photographer, and founder of Slight Kitchen Werk, Erin thrives in her roles by sharing her love of food and recipes. She learned her skills for cooking from her grandmother, parents, and 10 years of professional experience. Erin’s innovative recipes have been multi-award winners at the Ohio State Fair and as a Cleveland, Ohio, native, these awards are some of her proudest accomplishments. Erin’s favorite cooking companions are her infused olive oil (which is a product she developed and sells), music, preferably loud, and wine, preferably dry. When Erin is not in the kitchen, she loves to explore and travel. She enjoys trying new restaurants and taking cooking classes both locally and abroad, to learn about different cultures and cuisines and continuously perfect her craft. Erin is inspired by the many flavors of the world and uses these eclectic ingredients in her kitchen to re-create memorable recipes.
