About The Author

Julian Lopez is the chef and owner of Cafe Beaujolais restaurant located in the town of Mendocino, California. After graduating from Gonzaga University with a operations management degree in business he spent time in Southern France, Northern Italy and Southern California developing his skills in the kitchen. With the dream of opening a restaurant he and his father Peter Lopez moved to Mendocino and took over the famed Cafe Beaujolais. The business, which has been in business since 1968, focuses on bringing quality food and experiences to locals and tourists alike.
