About The Author

Kent McManis has sold Navajo weavings since the early 1970s. He collected  Zuni fetishes and contemporary and historic textiles, and lectures on the art of Navajo weaving. He and his wife owned Grey Dog Trading Company in Tucson, Arizona. Kent passed in 2019.
