R. DESBROW STEWART, JR., is the son of a US Air Force pilot and a registered nurse. He is a decorated combat veteran himself, a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel, and an attorney. After forty years in the practice of law, Stewart retired and relocated to the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas. He and his wife have three grown children and four grandchildren.
