Timothy C. Hemmis (editor) is an associate professor of history at Texas A&M University-Central Texas. He received his Ph.D. from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2015. He serves as the regional coordinator for the Society for Military History and is the history book review editor for The Presidential Studies Quarterly.
