About The Authors

CLIFF R. NONNENMACHER is CEO and cofounder of Franocity, a boutique franchise consulting firm. With over twenty-five years in franchising and finance, he helps entrepreneurs make confident business decisions. Cliff is also the host of Pursuit of Profit, the most popular podcast in franchising. He lives in Delray Beach, Florida, with his wife and son, and enjoys boating, skiing, and golf.

JUSTIN GUEVARA is co-founder and President of Franocity. A former franchisee and corporate executive, he has helped hundreds of aspiring owners find their right fit. Justin draws on deep experience in development, operations, and strategic growth to guide others toward business ownership with confidence and clarity.
