Shannon Stocker is an award-winning author and songwriter who loves hugs. She’s the author of the picture book Get a Hug; Schneider Family Book Award–winning picture book Listen: How Evelyn Glennie, a Deaf Girl, Changed Percussion, illustrated by Devon Holzwarth; and the young adult book Stronger at the Seams, among others.
