About The Book

From the author of 8.4: an American returns to Paris seeking redemption for a 35-year-old death, only to be drawn into a new reign of Terror beneath the City of Lights.

Thirty-five years ago, a drunken fight on the banks of the Seine left a man dead. Matt Quinn watched him drown and walked away. Now he's back in Paris seeking redemption, and instead finds himself caught in a new reign of Terror.

A charismatic young Muslim woman is bombing the City of Lights, an eerie warning preceding each blast. She and her small band of female fighters have detonated four bombs already. They're planning one more, a big one.

As Quinn races through the city's underground beside a tough French cop, he must reckon with his own past, the woman he's coming to love, and the long, violent history that has brought him here.
