About The Author

Elise Sanguinetti was a novelist and journalist. She spent much of her career writing for the Anniston Star. Her novels include The Last of the Whitfields, The New Girl, The Dowager, and McBee’s Station. Many of her stories were influenced by her life growing up in the South.
