Los Angeles in the 1970s is an anthology and revisit to that decade in the City of Angels as seen through the eyes of twenty-nine separate contributing authors. My chapter, "The Snake and Bake Murder" tells a true-crime story I investigated in 1974 while I was assigned as a rookie homicide detective at LAPD's Hollywood Homicide Division. That real life murder case had it all, Hollywood hills swinging sex pad, drugs, kidnapping, murder all centered around a beautiful Femme Fatale.
