Eugene Lipov

Dr. Eugene Lipov is a pioneering trauma expert and board-certified anesthesiologist who revolutionized post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) treatment by repurposing the Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB), originally used for pain relief, to reset the body’s fight-or-flight response. Inspired by personal loss—his father’s struggle with PTSD and his mother’s suicide—he has devoted his career to helping trauma survivors heal. In 2006, he introduced SGB for PTSD and later developed the Dual Sympathetic Reset (DSR), a two-injection protocol with even greater impact.

His research has been published in top journals like Biological Psychiatry and Military Medicine, and featured in outlets including The Wall Street Journal and Wired.
