About The Author

Before taking over the reins of Trigan Empire, Gerry Wood painted numerous covers for Battle Picture Library, Speed & Power, and his first painted comics strip was A Leap into the Future for World of Wonder. He would paint Trigan Empire until its initial run finished in the early 1980s, and afterwards he would provide illustration work for many educational books.
