Hani Almadhoun works for UNRWA USA and is a global face for Gaza, speaking to audiences in the US and across the world. While maintaining his professional role, he runs the Gaza Soup Kitchen. He has led his team through famine and military campaigns, most notably refusing to close the kitchen after the targeted assassination of his brother, Chef Mahmoud, who was killed while in service to the hungry.
