JR comenzó su carrera profesional de inversión en Morgan Stanley en 2003. Encabezó la transición de The Lerner Group a HighTower en 2012, con el objetivo de ofrecer soluciones más variadas e integrales a los clientes. Posee una maestría en administración de empresas (MBA) de la Kellogg School of Management de la Universidad Northwestern, y licencias FINRA Series 7 y 66.
