Lowey Bundy-Sichol is the award-winning author of the From an Idea to . . . series. She spends much of the school year speaking at schools, inspiring kids to dream big. Her books have earned notable accolades, including Best STEM Book by NSTA, Junior Library Guild Gold Selection, and Texas Bluebonnet Masterlist; she has also been featured on The History Channel’s The Toys that Built America and many major networks. Lowey holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business at and a BA from Hamilton College. She lives near Chicago with her husband, three children, and two big dogs.
