She has spent the past two decades helping shape better places for people – from leading urban programs for the United Nations in Asia to delivering 100+ grassroots neighborhood projects across Australia. A serial entrepreneur, Lucinda is currently tackling the housing affordability crisis as Co-Founder of Zeroo Home loans, a shared-equity home loan platform providing new financial pathways for first home buyers. She previously co-founded Neighbourlytics, a data analytics company used by city leaders in 10 countries to design more liveable neighbourhoods, and award-winning placemaking consultancy CoDesign Studio.
