DR. MATTHEW KOLINSKI is a physician and serial entrepreneur who balances his medical practice and his staffing businesses with a strong and loving family life. While in medical school, he started up USA Staffing Services, a company that provides backoffice services to existing staffing firms as a way for them to outsource and reduce costs. USA Staffing has made its mark by being named as one of Inc. magazine’s 500 fastest-growing businesses in America, as well as making the Silicon Review’s 2018 “30 Fabulous Companies” list. The company is currently celebrating its tenth anniversary. Recognized internationally as a leading expert in the staffing industry, Dr. Kolinski recently launched a new start-up, Lanefinder, which aids trucking companies in the recruitment of drivers.
