Sandi Herrera

As co-founder and CEO of HumanizEDU, Sandi Herrera is leading the movement to put humans back at the center of education. Through her work in the US and abroad, she strives to help schools become happy, empowering, and engaging places to work and learn! Sandi discovered her passion for developing strong workplace and school cultures while working as COO for Delivering Happiness, a firm established by the late Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh. She has spent her entire career working with diverse populations to amplify the value of all humans and believes that when we ignite the genius in all of us, we can open the door to opportunities bigger than we could have ever imagined!
