About The Author

Ezéchiel Zérah, former editor-in-chief of the gastronomy pages of L’Express, was born in Marseille where he still lives. In 2023, Hachette published his first (big) book, Marseille. Un jour sans faim ! (Marseille. A day without hunger!), which soon became the city’s culinary reference. He works for national (Le Monde M magazine, Les Echos Week-end) and local publications (Time Out Marseille, BFM Marseille TV).
